1. Who we are

Meetsy (“we”, “us”) runs the Meetsy app and website. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have. You can reach us at hello@meetsy.com.

2. What we collect

Account details you give us, such as your name, email address, username and role. Profile and portfolio content. Project messages and files. Payment and payout details, which our payment processor handles. Basic device and usage data from the app and website.

3. How we use it

To run your account and projects, verify identity and work, process payments, prevent fraud, send service messages and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

4. Identity verification

When you apply to be verified we check a government ID and a short live capture through a verification provider. We keep the result and the date of the check, not the ID document.

5. Who we share it with

Service providers that process data on our behalf, such as payments, verification, email and hosting. The people you collaborate with on a project. Authorities, where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open. Records we must keep for tax, accounting or dispute purposes are kept for as long as the law requires.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can access, correct, export or delete your personal data and object to some kinds of processing. Write to hello@meetsy.com and we will reply within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to measure how the site is used. You can control them in your browser settings.

9. Changes and contact

We will post changes on this page and email you about material ones. Questions about this policy go to hello@meetsy.com.
