1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Meetsy you agree to these terms. If you use Meetsy for a business, you confirm that you can bind it.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18, give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. One person holds one account, and that account can act as both talent and hirer.
3. Projects and bookings
Meetsy gives hirers and talent the tools to agree scope, price and milestones. The contract for the work is between them. Meetsy is not a party to it and does not employ anyone on the platform.
4. Payments and fees
Hirers fund each milestone before work begins. Meetsy holds the funds and releases them when the milestone is approved. Service fees are shown on every proposal before it is accepted. Paid plans bill monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
5. Verification
A Verified mark means a person passed our checks on the date shown. It is not a guarantee of the quality of any work.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us a licence to host and display it as needed to run Meetsy, and you confirm you have the rights to do so.
7. Acceptable use
No fraud, harassment or illegal content. No scraping. No moving payments off the platform to avoid fees.
8. Ending your account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Funds held for approved milestones are still paid out.
9. Liability and governing law
To the extent the law allows, Meetsy is provided as is and our liability is limited accordingly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
