Concentric grey arcs rising from the bottom edge of a near-black frame

Marlow & Finch is a brand studio of four people in Rotterdam. In a typical quarter they work with eleven freelancers: illustrators, motion designers, a few copywriters. Until this spring, each of those relationships lived in a different place.

"We had briefs in email, files in three drives and invoices in a spreadsheet," says studio lead Noor Haverkamp. "Finding what we agreed with someone six weeks ago took longer than the work itself."

What changed

The studio now opens one Meetsy project per client engagement. Talent are invited into it, briefs and files stay in the thread, and milestones carry the payments. Noor says the first month felt slower because everyone was learning the same habits. By the second month, her team had stopped asking where things were.

The result

Average time from brief to first draft dropped from nine days to six. Late invoices disappeared, because every payment is tied to a delivered milestone. The studio has since moved all active client work into the app.
